Mural #8- THE DIVE

 The theme for this mural is Marine Life. The Dive building is a favorite place to get some of the islands best food & cocktails.  North Carolina Beach marine life include the shark (lemon shark, spinner shark, blacktip shark, hammerhead shark, bull shark, tiger shark and of course, the great white shark), jellyfish, Portuguese Man of War, Turtles (loggerhead, leatherback or green sea turtle), dolphins, and stingrays. Humpback Whales do migrate through Carolina Beach waters as well. This mural is fully sponsored by Greg Ghia and Family. 

Raman Bhardwaj is a South Asian freelance painter, illustrator, muralist, animator and designer. Born and raised in Chandigarh, India, he has been living in Greensboro, NC, USA since 2018.
Raman creates drawings, canvas art, book illustrations, murals, and digital works. He has been working as a professional artist since 2000 and has displayed in several group exhibitions in India and USA. He has also held solo exhibitions in India, Norway and USA.

He has painted more than 30 murals in North Carolina.

Raman won a national award in India for illustrating a children book in 1995. He has also won Artpop Street gallery award 2019 in USA. Besides his passion in Art, Raman has deep interested in spirituality and Vedic Astrology.

The Dive is located on 6 N Lake Park Blvd. The wall is north-facing.
