Carolina Beach Mural Project RFP

Mural #18 is an Asphalt Art Project in the heart of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk district. The Arist is free to use their creativity to come up with a colorful design that captures the vibe of Carolina Beach. It could be a repeated pattern, tell a story, or? We are looking to you for a fresh concept that could be interactive and help make the Alley a safe and fun place for our community and visitors.
