The Carolina Beach Mural Project is thankful for the Island Arts Council. Formally known as the Island Arts & Culture Alliance, the IAC is a non-profit organization working to ensure that Carolina Beach and Kure Beach have have a vibrant, vital arts environment. This organization provided the seed money for CBMP to begin their Public Arts Program.
